Yes. Watch battery changes are usually done while you wait. This service includes re-sealing the watch for water resistance and cleaning of the case and band. In most cases we can change up to 2 batteries while you wait however this is dependent on our currently volume and the amount of traffic in the shop. We also offer a %15 discount for 5 watches or more. We use only premium Swiss watch batteries and guarantee them for one year from the date of change. View our most popular watch services here. 


Yes. Watch band adjustments are usually done while you wait. We do ask that the wearer be present for the adjustment. View our most popular jewelry services here. 


No, please just stop by during regular business hours. Appointments are reserved for design consultations and large estate evaluation. Appointments are available on Mondays and Thursdays only.  Click here for our contact info. 


Never, ever ever! If we don't offer a service in-house, we just don't offer that service. We will never send a repair out! When you stop in, you will be able to ask your questions directly to the jeweler that will be working on your item. We are always happy to provide in-depth information about your jewelry and watches, and we love to talk shop. 


Almost certainly yes! If it can be done we likely do it. However there are a few exceptions. 1. We only work on precious metal jewelry (gold/silver/platinum/palladium). We do not work on costume or alternative metals (if you're unsure, please stop by and we'll have a look). 2. We do not offer pearl or bead restringing. 3. We are focused on providing ideal craftsmanship and will refuse any half measures. Our policy is that we will do the work correctly or not at all. View our most popular jewelry services here. 


Sorry but NO. We are experts in Jewelry & Watch repair and restoration and are not qualified to work on items outside of that scope. We also don't know who does fix those items. It is difficult to find craftspeople that work on these items and if you find someone, please let us know because our bowling trophy is also broken. Click here for more info on service we DO NOT offer. 


We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We still accept cash as payment as well as mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept precious metals as payment, trade your gold/silver/platinum scrap for jewelry/services. We DO NOT accept the following: Personal Check, Venmon, Zelle, Cash App. We also do not take payments over the phone.
